I am Erin. I am your coach, cheerleader, best friend and worst enemy. Most importantly I'm the person that will give you the tools to meet you goals.

Movement is life, but finding the right kind, intensity and frequency of movement to fit your lifestyle can be tough. All programs, workouts and consultations are personalized to each individual person or group to fit their needs and daily life. Whether working out once a week or once a day, I will set you up for success through clear communication, efficient exercises and constant feedback that will help you to meet your goals.

Erin was the best help before my wedding. The scale didn't move but my wedding dress had to be taken in 2x after the final fitting! Definitely work with Erin if you want to build muscle and lose fat.
